Can't install synfire

Hi!

Since I switched from mac to Pc, I bought a surface Pro i7 16gb ram, I 'm running windows 10.

It seems I cannot install synfire express. It gives me the following message: There is a problem with this windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

I tried to uninstall synfire for do a clean install, but I just can uninstall the cognitone audio engines, but not the application itself.

by the way, before the last message, it gave me the following message: the installation of the package failed.(create pathbase\SynfireExpress.exe (executable)) The items installed so far will be removed again.
