FL Studio and Version 1.8

Following the update to version 1.8, Synfire express now works better with FL Studio.

Load arrangement in Synfire, open FL Studio and load appropriate number of Cognitone Drones.

To obtain separate tracks, you seem to need to have a different device for each track in Synfire.

Go to Sounds tab, click on Engine in each device to redirect to DAW1, DAW2 etc.

When you play the arrangement in Synfire you get an error message saying there is no connection to your DAW, click OK to ignore!

In FL Studio make a separate pattern for each track.

Select each Drone in turn, make sure the correct pattern is selected, press Export and drag to the appropriate Channel rack.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

To obtain separate tracks, you seem to need to have a different device for each track in Synfire.

We are working on doing away with this awkward copying of devices. You will be able to select the same device multiple times for multiple instances of the same plug-in soon.
