I have a doubt, Synfire needs a midi keyboard through a midi interface, or it can work with a usb midi keyboard?
The native instruments komplete kontrol will work??
If not, what midi keyboard you recommend me?'

Hi! Welcome to the user forum.
USB keyboards usually come with their own drivers, or don't need a driver at all. So if they work with your DAW, they will most likely also work with Synfire. MIDI cables are rarely used anymore these days.
You can map a few functions in Synfire to MIDI CC numbers and/or note keys, like transport control. I'm using a Novation Impulse and a Doepfer LMK-4. You can use any keyboard actually.
