Surface Pro - Synfire Pro 1.8.2 or 1.8.3 full version doesn't start.

I did install several times, uninstall, install again,... and when I start the software I just get a sound but the software doesn't start. The task manager in Windows 10 shows the application running but it's not visible nor operative. I did cancell all the processes and start again but I don't find a solution. Please, help.

Please make sure you have the latest version of iLok License Manager installed (www.ilok.com).

Sometimes startup takes longer, if multiple network drives are connected to a computer, especially via WIFI. 

I also wonder where the sound comes from. Synfire doesn't play a sound on startup.

Please email support, if the problem persists.
