Is it possibile to store containers in the library in a way that i can drag the whole container back into arrangement?
.... or are they always separated into single parts?

A library can only store parameters, phrases, phrase pools at this time. So a container will be saved as a folder of phrases.
Keeping a container outside of an arrangement is pretty complex. It may be nested, include aliases, etc. Also there is no easy way to tell which instruments to use when you drop it on a different arrangement.
It can be done though. And it's on the wish list.
