synfire doen't load 64 bit plugins on windows 8.1 Help!!!!

Hello,

For some reason, Synfire on windows 8.1 (brand new install) only seems to load 32 bit plugins.  I've managed to get it to scan the 64 bit folder one time, but when I try to load a new plugin, the choice is 'blank'

help!  I really need to load 64 it plugins.
