Currently it seems that "Mark phrase as favorite" button is only on Factory tab. But the functionality is already valid for phrases imported from midi file too.
My suggestion is to add button to Editor tab or its sidebar or context menu so that the "Mark phrase as favorite" is available everywhere in library UI.

I was about to make the same suggestion, but then I searched and found this topic.
I note that you can also still go to the Factory tab to favorite imported chunks, though you might not naturally think to do so since you aren't working from a Factory at the time.
