Loading a Library Interrupts Playing Snippets, Then Dumps MIDI All At Once

Hi,

Observation:

With Snippets playing, I go to open a Library.

Snippets stop playing while Library opens (takes awhile).

After Library opens, it seems like all the MIDI that would have been going out for playback (to external instrument in this case) but wasn't is now dumped out in bulk.
