Hi.
This video shows a newly created group moving from it's original position at the moment of creation.
This is unexpected and undesired to me - but maybe it is necessary?
I would appreciate any explanation that can be provided. Thanks!

Up/down arrow keys can be used to change vertical order (aka priority) of containers that start at the same position

Because all containers are created with the same priority, the initial vertical order is more or less arbitrary before you set one
