In the video at 12:07 Blend In Background Instrument. How do I get the two blue drop-down menus to show (just above the point/draw/cut tools ? in the video one is set with prime flute 2 (figure) the other is background.

In a recent update this button has moved to the column of track headers (left side, top, label 'Background')
