I'm fairly new to the Music Software production world. I have the latest Synfire Pro v3 installed and finding it still a bit overwhelming. I'm going thru video tutorials but can never follow along exactly because my setup seems a bit different. I have a MacOS Big Sur and may have messed up my AU Plugin libraries over the years with using Dropbox and an external hard disk. My area of difficulty is with Racks, Sounds, Libraries etc. So.. i searched for anyone having Synfire experience on Training sites like Wyzant but came up empty. I'm looking for someone on this site who I can pay an hourly fair sum via PayPal or Venmo, connect via Zoom or your conference preference, and get me on track to making music instead of pulling my hair out.

What's your level of experience with DAW production?

Thanks for the responses. I’m certainly not a professional. I’m a guitarist of all genres; classical to blues and jazz. I have been primarily using the Toontrack products and Scaler to make progressions to play along. Synfire has more capability and with it complexity that im trying to get thru. I have Abelton and Cubase but haven’t got to the level of creating something worth producing for others to hear. Admittedly, i’m a music hack. I’ll continue to study the available videos, but some seem to be focused on capabilities of the software rather than a step by step. I’ll stick with it and hopefully prevail.
