Hello
i am fascinated with the factories. Is it possible to separate the counterpoint lines generated by factory into 3 seperate tracks - one for each line

The only way I know how to do this is to move the generated figure to a track on the Structure page and then select "Split By Symbol Type" from the Phrase menu (at the top). Then you will be able to assign a different instrument to each track if you so desire. Maybe there is another way, but I'm not aware of it.
