Greetings,
I have a flat sound, for which i create a custom expression using Synfire.
Once i have the final note and achieved sound, how can i set up this new sound as an articulation of the original instrument ?
Which means that the expression would be applied to each original note of the default instrument.

Synfire does not process audio streams or samples. This has to be done by the external synth or sound library. Articulations are just midi controller data or key switches sent to the synth.
Or possibly I just missed your point. What exactly do you want Synfire to do?
