Where do i store my user chord progressions?
Further i like to see under the new Harmony indicator ( on 2 positions) ..when i rightclick "Insert User Template"
Now do have a oversight of my userchords and not first open a folder to see what i need.

check this directory location in HN2...
HN2 menu
Edit / Preferences / Files , Default Paths and see there Configuration
it must be probably something like this :
""C:\Users\you\Documents\Harmony Navigator 2\Config""
in this "Config" folder you should see Devices , Libraries ,..Progressions ..
if you save your chord progressions in this "Progressions" folder you can reach them from the template menu..
i am not sure, restarting HN2 may be necessary..
if it doesn't work you can try also this path too
for 64bit
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cognitone\Harmony Navigator 2\Config
( again save to Progressions folder in the Config Folder of course )
for 32 bit i think just "program files"

I know ofcourse that "documents" are for users, although i know a program what has a user division in the programfolder itself, but that is not the case in HN2
I tried in documents to make a user folder for progressions , but it seems to be not working ?
I I like Also to see a user template menu and not mixed with the default factory ones
It is a 32 bit version HN2 and installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Cognitone

Example : i made a folder in progression folder of the configuration folder in documents ( user) , than i saved a progression( named ZELF ) made by me in the progression window (new -> progression) and saved this as template in the folder
Is this working?
The progression appears in the menu entrance ZELF ( insert templates in the (new)harmony parameter led) and the progression has the name A
The name of the userfolder is neglegted where the progression as a template is stored
So how to get a user directory filled with template progressions?
Stange enough progression can be stored a templates in HN2 ?

i am not sure about the creating directories work as you expect ..
but also not necessary to create a folder
because in one progression window you can save multiple sections not only "A"
(some of my templates has over 50 sections.. also i don't think there is a limit for this )
anyway..
in the progression window
Section / New Section also rename them as you want to see in the template menu

Ok, the template name is the directoryname where the chordprogressions from the songsections are collected
So you can give a random name to a random songsection ( chordprogression)
Example
Intro progressions
Name template : Intro and make as many intro progressions
Example
Modulations
C:-> Am
Note : perhaps a subfolder is also possible ?
