I've created a song with 19 tracks. 16 tracks on oneTyros4. 3 tracks on Motif XS rack..
It would be good that SFP recognize that different devices are being used when exporting a multi track MIDI file.
For now, I will seperately export the three files and assemble them in Logic.
NOTE - Have to rethink this, cause Logic will only accept 16 channels. I'm not sure if all DAWS do this.
The work-a-round for now is to mute 3 tracks, export the file, then individually export the three extra tracks one at a time..

Standard MIDI file format supports only 16 channels.

Easiest way I guess is to import the instruments by device.. Mute instruments going to 2nd device. Then switch around and export the 2nd file with device name.
It would be nice if SFP like other DAWS, could SOLO more than one instrument. It's a lot easier than having to mute 12 instruments. It might be nice also to be able to mute/solo from arrangement, but also from device window, sometimes you want to listen to just certain tracks to listen for any 'clams'..

You can solo multiple instruments by holding the Command key down while you click.
I didn't know muting also affects midi file export (can't try at the moment). Or do you mean the Pause parameter?

I didn't realize you could multiple solo...
Yes you can use mute (left hand side of arrangement window). That will prevent those tracks from being exported.
