Several times now, I've created a phrase pool, and then accidently clicked OK. (thinking like it was when assigning a sound), then lost the work. I don't see a way to re-open it. I guess I threw it away. I'm assuming I should have saved it immediately after creation/modification.
Perhaps there could be a preference to ask' if 'want to save this before closing window'. I've accidently done it with arrangements also.
