I have asked whether the large parameter fader in the right pane of the main window can be used to record a parameter by 'mousing' with it.
I have been impatient to wait for an answer, so I'll add it as a suggestion if it is not already possible.
But also, and very importantly if it is or could be possible to record with the parameter fader channel, I want to be able to lock the handle of the fader to my mouse scroll wheel. Presumably this could be done with a click and key stroke or context menu.
That way, any parameter recorded with the fader channel could have the same type of fine control movement as with a hardware controller.
This would be a tremendous feature, in my opinion.
