I have a single layer already (on top of the base progression). How do I create another layer without deleting the first one? I can only see an option to Auto-Create layers, but doing this overwrites my first layer.
Even better, how can I copy Layer 1 into a new layer and edit it?

I must admit a menu item "Add Layer" would be very useful. I wonder why this is missing in the first place, because it's so obvious. Thanks for digging it up. I put it on the list. It's easy to do, so expect it to appear with the next update.
Unfortunately, layers can not be copied currently.
The current workflow is to create 2, 3 or 4 layers and delete those you don't need. Note that unused layers (not assigned by the Layer parameter) don't do any harm. They are simply ignored.

Thanks Andre
Yes I did that, I created 4 and deleted 3 of them when I thought I'd finished. Now I want one back again! Oh well, I'll just have to make a manual note of the layer and start again.
It's a pity also that you can't copy a layer as a progression and save it in the progression editor.
Any news on when the next update will be?

I'm working on editors and user interface. It may still take a while. No ETA yet.
