Output parameter of later sections empty?

I am currently working on a somewhat longer piece (> 200 bars). I noted that seemingly the output parameter of all containers later in the piece is empty.

See attached screen shots, where two very similar containers are shown: for one the output parameter is filled with events as expected, but for the later container this parameter is empty. Also all other tracks of this container as well as other later later containers are empty.

The music is rendered, though, as expected. Also, the containers with empty output parameter contain their events as expected in the overview tab.

I am constantly using the output parameter to manually somewhat revise my composition, so this is a bit of a problem for me.

Am I perhaps missing something here?
