Hi.    Latest Synfire Pro 2.6.2 Build #16, on Windows.

Project playback halts upon selection of a different track.

To my knowledge, no.    

Is there someplace you would like me to look to confirm?

In Audio/MIDI Setup on the MIDI tab. If there's a MIDI message set up to control Stop that may be triggered by program selection events sent out to a loopback driver (because they come back).

Confirmed - no Remote Transport Control messages configured.

Clicking around this morning though, Synfire seems pretty well behaved, not stopping like in the video.

It's probably fair to table further investigation at this point and look at it again in the future when/if it is more reproducible.
