Fixed Sounds Version of New Multi-Timbral Device

Hi,

It would be helpful to be able to create a fixed sounds version of a new multi-timbral device.

This would save us from having to go thru 16 times and change the Channel Type from Dynamic Program Selection to Fixed Sound.
