Just wondering if there is a typo on page 101 under SYNTAX, NOTES. The manual states "D# = D Flat" is this correct? I understood # to mean sharp in both European and US musical notation.
The opening quotation marks apear to be treated as double commas throughout the manual. Unless this is a new European standard.
