Could you offer some insight, or a video of how one should process a midi input song file? That is does one look at a piano track and color those bass, any vertically stacked notes as chords, and the rest as H, V or A events.. I know we should expirement for ourselves, but a little background on your philosophy about it would be helpful..
Obvioiusly the bass should be bass or melodic bass. which brings me to another question. I was highlighting a section and picking out a new preset to process it by. The whole track was processed. I thought I read somewhere you could just do a section. Otherwise I'd guess we'd move it to a new instrument with same sound and process it the way we wanted?
