Turning Off Loop Doesn't Turn Off Loop (in Realtime)

Hi,

I'm observing that if I start playback with Loop on, SF loops, but then if I turn loop off while continuing to playback the loop continues to happen instead of playback reaching the end of the loop and proceeding out of it.

Loops are part of a playback batch passed to the engine. They are not updated in realtime as in a daw

OK, good to know the current facts.

So, given all the refactoring etc. that went into SF v3.0, is this something that could possibly be enhanced in the future?

 Yeah I thought about this too. Id love to see real time rendering on the Fly sometime in the near future.

 

This will help everything move a lot faster.
