I´m trying to record some basic piano & string arrangements. Chords left hand, a bit of noodling on the right.
SF just wont record the chords with the figures. I´d either have to record the notes first and then the chords via parameter recording or vice cersa. That can not be the only way, right?

You can't record Harmony and Figure parameters at the same time.
- Select a default Harmony that comes close your performance, e.g. an A Minor chord. Verify the key matches what you are playing.
- Record your performance
- Use Harmonizer to detect the chord changes, apply to Harmony
- Re-run figure recognition on the Take, which will improve the figure, based on your selection of Harmony
