For technical reasons, Cognitone is currently unable to receive emails.
Most mails get rejected with an error message along the lines of "blocked using zen.spamhaus.org; Error: open resolver', which apparently is a problem with Google's public resolver our mail server is using by default.
Since this is a very serious issue, we are working on it already. This note is just so you know why there might have been no response to your mails recently.

Spamfilter seemed to have swallowed all mail.
All is well again.
