Can I change these numbers to note names?
Saw an example in my arrangement where note names were used.
The center line was set to C2 in the example

The notes being played depend on the symbol type and harmonic context. You can't reliably derive notes from the symbols (except for static pitch symbols).
Seeing what's played is what the new output page is for.

Thanks, thought in the phrase editor there was a note symbol possible , indeed the phrase editor shows not the real notes
Same for the Structure view
Perhaps there is another place to add custom chords

The Overview tab show the actual notes.

You can use the yellow color ("P", "Pitch") to place specific pitches.

Thanks, still difficult to get chords easy with the "P" tool
Dropping the harmony on the figure slot gives a chord : how about SATB chords or 5 note chords ?
The root note of the chord is placed on the middle line in the phrase editor i believe, but not sure about this
Perhaps its a handy to have in the overview : octave signs ?
