I think it would be quite convenient when working in a Harmony Factory to be able to regenerate (i.e. redo) a single phrase right in place.
Both a right-click menu item and an option for a keyboard shortcut make sense to me.
The idea is, working on one phrase at a time, keep remaking it until you like it!
When desiring to work in this way, I see no gain in the extra motion of manually deleting the "loser" every time. Just write right over it in a single operation.

Generate as many you like and delete all but your favourites later. There's a Pool menu item for this.
Replacing a phrase is risky. You don't want to accidentally overwrite the phrase you listened to last. Before you notice what has happened it's already too late to undo.
