Clearing snippet from a Snippets Group of course deletes all the snippets in the Group.
It also clears the name / label of the Group. As an unalterable behavior, this is not desirable.
Consider a template which the user has prepared and in which certain groups are already named. Those names are intended to guide the user in building out his Arrangement.
The user may, for example, drop a set of Phrases from a Library onto the Drums snippet group, and then onto the Bass snippet group, etc. The goal is to audition sets of snippet for mutual compatibility. Some sets will fail the audition!
So, last set of Synth snippets was a terrible match? OK, Clear Snippets, and carry on with dropping a new set of Synth snippets from the Library.
But I do not want to destroy the name 'Synth' when I do that! Being required to re-type in the name
after every Clear Snippet operation is just a pointless chore.

Intended behavior is to automatically label groups based on what's in the snippets it includes. Unless a group has been labeled manually by the user. So if a manual label is cleared after one snippets was deleted, that's a bug.
Unless you clear the entire group of course.

I am talking about exactly clearing the group, by which I mean deleting all the snippets in it.
Since I can't lasso them and delete them, the only practical choice is to clear the group.
But the desire to delete (and ultimately replace) the set of snippets in the group DNE the desire to rename the group. The group has already been given the name desired, and for that name to change when I have not chosen to change it is highly disruptive.
