I add one instrument track with Soundcase FluidR3, but when using the library example phrases ..clicking on the phrases ..no sound to hear?

Opening the library and clicking on a phrase should be enough to hear it ?
Only when toggle the double ring button (use the sound and harmony... ) let the phrase play.
I am using the embedded library..and opening a new arrangement ..clicking on a library phrase gives no sound.
Do i miss here something or is it a windows 10 malfunction?

That sounds like a screwed global rack problem as Andre said. When you clicked that button you preview the library clips with the sound setup on the instrument in the arrangement window, without it clicked it plays back the library with the global instruments.
