I'm currently experimenting with Synthesizer V and the Solaria voice for a new Synfire demo track. What completely surprised my was how this supposedly high soprano voice is able to sing in lower registers. And it sounds wonderful. Actually I like it a lot more than the soprano.
This is merely a short snippet to demonstrate this (nonsense lyrics). I've amped up the breathyness and chose more consonants that reflect nicely in the reverb room. Can't wait to make this track.

Even when I'm previewing phrases on the sidebar, she's singing along with them.
Currently the voice starts from bar zero. It probably should start from the current container to make this even more useful. Will fix that.
Have you used this voice already?
Do you know if there is a way to record notes directly from the host? I find importing MIDI files is a bit fiddly.

Doesn't show anything about recording unfortunately. Just editing.

Thanks. Yes somewhat. I find this jerking around of the playhead a bit confusing though.
