Converting progression to other keys/scales

That depends.

If all chords in your progression also work in the target key, you can assign the desired key with "Estimate Key, Relation and Scales" (pick it from the list).

If your progression then shows up in many different colors, the key you selected is probably far off your progression. Try another key. Repeat that until you find /any/ minor key that works for the chords (presuming you want transpose to a minor key). Once you have it, simply transpose the entire progression to the key you want (using the Transpose menu or the keyboard shortcut).

The less coloful your prpgression is, the better it matches the assigned key.
