Now I can see tonic , Subdominance and all the chords in the progression have a color.
Have to look further to kill the bottom part in the view (with Harmonic minor)

Yes this one 
with pallette setting strict scale Cminor and color continuation. You have to right click the row Harmonic minor and choose delete to kill the bottom part
