I have contacted support ... but I thought this issue might affect others, so I am posting it here as well.
I have searched the website for information regarding how to get the free update to HN2 for recent HN1 buyers.
I can't find anything.
When I go to my download area it still only shows the final version of HN1, v1.6.3, I believe.
Am I missing something?
Any other recent buyers here who have gotten HN2? Did you have to contact support? Or, did the download link just show up in your download area?

yeah im not clear i see no upgrade option, or if you buy the advanced version do you also get the le version?

Due to technical limitations HN2 does not show up automatically in the accounts of HN1 users that are eligible for the free upgrade. This is because the upgrade requires the creation of a new license, a procedure that can not be scripted yet. We will eventually run a batch that does this for all remainaing users in one go.
Until then, please drop us a short message and we'll add the new license to your account.
LE is a subset of the Advanced Edition, so yes, you'll have all features of LE integrated with the Advanced Edition too.

I can attest that once I contacted support, my new HN2 download was almost immediately available.
