I want to add some progressions to the Harmony Templates files (.cogpro). I eventually found how to do this:
File > Convert > Extract Progressions ...
File > Save As Template (Save As seems to do the same thing).
I suggest it would be easier just to have a Save As option on the Harmony Parameter tab?
So I created a .cogpro file containing the progression which was intended to be a 'Categories' file containing many different harmonies (such as the new 'Standards' file that came with the latest release).
How do I do this though? Because if I later select another progression it will simply overwrite the previous one rather than add another progression to it?
I'm sure it's obvious but I can't work it out.

hi
you can open that progression templates with double click and copy paste from the progression editor to the Harmony tab of the arrangemenrts easily..
also about the save as vs save as template...
as i know
if you save as "Template" ( in to the " ...Config\Progressions" folder ) you can see instantly in the harmony templates after save done ..
if you "save as" ( " ...Config\Progressions") you can not see instantly , you need to restart program.

Thanks for the Save As information. It seems a bit pointless really, why would you want to save a harmony and then have to restart to see it?
Anyway, my main point was how do you add to your .cogpro files? I already know how to move progressions to the Harmony parameter. I want to save a .cogpro harmony template as (for example) 'Beethoven' and then keep adding to it as I analyse different Beethoven pieces.

You can add additional progressions to a cogpro file with the command "New Section..." at the progression editor (see Gif).
