Shortcut for record?

Been looking around the menus and manual but I can't find a shortcut to start recording.

Setting up my launchpad via bome midi translator to issue most used Synfire shortcuts, for example  so I have record/play/undo ready to go and use the mouse as little as possible as it's the  wost workflow killer having to mouse to much.
