Difficult to see the difference between those two colors .. is possible to chance this to get more difference
Right away i must see in the phrase that it is a bass or arpeggion symbol..now i am stay confused
note: the symbol color for the horizontal and vertical scale is dark and light blue ..that is good , but both purple colors looks the same
I don't now yet exactly what the meaning is of a horizontal and vertical scale and their relation?

Bass symbols are alyways bigger in size.
The concept of vertical and horizontal scales is explained in the manual. Horizontal scale follos the key, vertical follows the chord. You won't need them unless you understand what they do.

The scales have no secrets for me but i am not a trained musician.
Scales are horizontal notes ( lineair)=melodic and chords are vertical notes= harmonic
Question rise up: are the vertical and horizontal scale always the same : if yes ..., if not ...
If the chord tones not belong to the horizontal scale ..how about harmonising by SFE ?
You won't need them unless you understand what they do.

I think they are only the same for the tonic chord of the key you ar working in of if you are using modal harmony such as C Major/ C Dorian with A Natural Minor/ A Aeolian.
I think this makes a difference when you use the Interpretation phrase parameter, where you can choose if an instrument plays 'Full Scale, Chords Only or Chords With Extension. If you select Full Scale and for a melody or solo instrument, during the period that a chord is progressing, notes for that vertical scale may be generated ... but as i'm just getting into it, I'm speculating a bit.
