I followed the steps from this tutorial: https://users.cognitone.com/tutorial/synfire-daw-cubase-pro but couldn't make it work no matter what I tried, and I think I've tried all possible combinations already (win 10), using both loopmidi and loopbe. The problem now is that I think I've messed some settings and now Synfire is not syncing even with Cubase 11 using rewire - the sound is passing through the drone plugin inside Cubase, but when I press play in Synfire, the playhead from Cubase is not moving. For example, in Cubase, in the Project Sync Setup tab, I guess that the "Activate external sync" should be enabled, but I don't know which other settings should be checked, even though I've tried almost all possible combinations, nothing seems to work.
Any hint would be greatly appreciated!

It seems that I've found a way that works without rewire, it was this particular setting in Synfire: Stream - MTC that made it possible, also in Cubase Project Sync - Activate external sync checked + MTC, nothing else set anywhere else in Cubase Project Sync settings tab . Also, in loopmidi I had to make a second channel Loopmidi1 that was set as MTC between Synfire and Cubase, since Loopmidi0 was only receiving signal from Cubase, but not from Synfire, but Loompidi1 was starting to receive data immediately from Synfire, too.
