Sunfire's MIDI ticks is 1920 per 4/4.
I would like to change ticks freely.
Some DAW is 960(Logic ProX) per 1/4 and other is 480(Cubase).
When I make techno with Samplitude, I change ticks to 17500 because I make 808 feeling.
I use DAW and synfire with same ticks.
So I need to change ticks.
Digital performer and reaper also can change ticks.
I also hope sample delay for track and note.
(for example, C3=bus drum delay 16sample and E3=Snare go ahead 108sample...)

The tick count can not be changed, unfortunately.
You need not worry about it anyway, because all DAWs and other MIDI software take care of converting it if necessary. Neither the Audio Engine of Synfire, nor any DAW I know of uses MIDI ticks internally anyway. Almost all music software uses absolute time.

Thanks, Andre.
Would you tell me about can I request note, conteiner and track's sample shift?
I hope to move sound only only only a little.
For example, 4ms humanize (this is a sectret of 808 groove.)

You can set a latency in milliseconds per each sound and/or device on your rack(s)
You can move notes by 1/1920 (which is a very tiny step), or any other fraction, by setting the grid on the toolbar to this value and nudging notes with the arrow keys.

milliseconds and 1/1920 is a very tiny but not enough for me and dance music.
After bounce, we import soud files to sound editor and chop all sounds and move all notes!!!
cry.
we need sample shift for note, conteiner and track.
