Here are a few suggestions that would improve the workflow.
Prefer Pedal:
This would be a switch for segments, that would adjust the voicing so that a single tone can be held across as many chords as possible.
Articulations:
It would be great if they were recorded when performed. It should also be possible to set the articulation and other segment properties for multiple segments at a time. As opposed to having to select each individually. Of course, segments shouldn't hold articulations but...
There were a lot more. But I think Ill hold off until Synfire is back under active development.
