And here I have another one (also workflow related)
It would be nice and useful if the sidebar phrase library would have the option
to show the used phrases of the current song.
(Somewhat comparable to a "used audiofiles" tab in a traditional DAW)
That way we could drag stuff around and experiment way faster
without selecting, copying, pasting across tracks.
Again. Would speed up things quite considerably and has a
nice creative touch to it also, because this could
be "misused" in pretty creative ways.

Nice idea.
The phrases don't have any unique identifier, though. Therefore it might be difficult to track their use, except perhaps by their name. So, if a user edits the phrase or changes its name, the link will be broken.

Hm, okay, I understand. I'll think about this, maybe I can come up with
some solution for the link-relationship.
(Maybe there can be some kind of function involved
like copy to clipboard and replace existing, to update the link-relationship?)

Tracking relationships between always changing objects is difficult. Imagine a painter wanting to track the colors he uses while his color palette is constantly re-mixed ;-)

what about this...
copying from a library to the tune adds a copy of the data into the embedded library in a section called 'project'? This embedded 'library section' is then saved with the song project.
that way they are easily availble if you want to use them elsewhere in the song or at another time when the song is opened. With this you dont have to track the relationship between the emebeded bits and the originals.

Indeed very decent solution from blacksun.
Makes sense and is efficient enough.
