Whenever I go to create a new library or save sketch as template, I get this error message saying Unhandled exception: Permission denied. I've tried to repair my disk permission, uninstall and reinstall but the same problem still occurs.

Please check the file permissions of the folder where the libraries are installed (in the Documents folder). It's probably too restrictive for files to be created there.

All the folders permissions are set to Read & Write.

It's difficult to tell which file is blocked here. Did you submit your crash reports recently? (Help >> Online Updates). This would allow us to look into the crash and possibly see which folder is blocked from being written to on your computer.

Thanks.
HN2 attempts to create /Users/yourname (replace with your user name) because it can't find it and fails at that.
Did you move HN2 to another user account, or rename your user account recently?
Fix: Please open Preferences, goto tab Files and verify the Projects folder. It should be within your current home folder. It's the folder where the subfolders 'Libraries', 'Config' and others are.

I think I might of created a new user account a while back because I remember another program wasn't acting right because of this. I just don't remember How I went about fixing it. The two images show two seperate folders in two seperate locations.

The second one is under your home directory. That's where you should point HN2 to using the 'Projects' folder in Preferences.

Yes sir! You are correct. I just changed the settings in the preference and I did see that it did have my previous name I had before. Everything works now, you are the man Andre! Thanks for all your help and quick responses. You responded faster than any other company i've delt with. I appreciate it.
