Hi Andre.

I haven't used Synfire in a while, I downloaded the new version and found it much, much improved: congratulations on the great work!
I point out an annoying and, in appearance, random bug.
From time to time, the arranger "runs empty": I can't select the interface elements. You will find attached to this post a short video.

MacBookPro 16" M1 Max with Sonoma 14.4.1

I have the same issue, but only when I use Synfire in full screen mode on my Mac.

Putting Synfire in play mode and selecting something in the arranger by dragging the mouse, everything seems to work normally again...

The select lasso is very sensitive to where you release the mouse button. Try releasing within the parameter view (not outside). I am seeing this too every now and then. A retry does the trick.

In hindsight I think maybe my issue is different than Roberto's..

With me the lasso itself is completely invisible when using fullscreen mode: there is no line showing what I'm selecting at all.

Thanks, that's a bug with Synfire on macOS
