Hi.
If possible, it would be helpful if dialogs like this one
could be answered with the 'Y' or 'N' keys.

Good point.
Possibly the letters could be user-configurable to accommodate the user's language.
Or perhaps some language-neutral keys could be hard-wired to do the job.
Maybe Enter for Yes and Esc for No?
Whatever can free us from having to drag and click the mouse here ...

Enter is Yes and escape should be No. At least in your example.

Ah, I see now that Enter will currently act for 'Yes''. Thanks!
Esc however is not acting for 'No'.
Is there a different key active for 'No'?

Ok, escape is Cancel and there's no cancel option here.

I observe:
Tab toggles the highlight between Yes and No.
Enter executes the highlighted choice.
