If possible, I suggest placing "..." after Cleanup for Shipping here:
Experimentation reveals there is a dialog below, but until you know that it looks as if clicking this item is going to immediately perform an operation (with unknown effects).

Two more things that I think could be usefully added to 'Cleanup for Shipping' -
- Clear pool comments (also mentioned here: (https://users.cognitone.com/topic/pool-comment-cleanup))
- Delete Figures
Strange, one might say at first, to Delete Figures. Aren't Figures normally exactly what we want in a Library?
Yes, normally.
But for a pure Harmony Library, to make it as small and fast as possible, it makes sense to Delete Figures and just leave the Harmony parameters.
