I ordered one of their sale packages a while ago..  I was taking a Coursera.org online free course, so I was eligible for the educational discount which was great.

The company has evidently cut down on personel.  Tech issues are done by email.  so that is slow and  frustrating..  Getting the damn I-link codes took a week, cause someone was sick..

Products are old, but still useful.. I bought the Beatles package, but was a bit disappointed by it.. a lot of instruments had a very limited note limit.. 1 1/2 or 2 octaves for some voices..  

If you like the library go for it, it is a good deal.. My friend a movie trailor comoposer says some composers are shying away from EASTWEST, cause the new libraries, have a more present feel, and can be manipulated more. 

But it seems true, you can never have enough libraries, sometimes you'll find one library over another is exactly what you want in a certain instance. Most composers are stacking several libraries anyways, so I'm sure you'll be pleased with it..

What's most important: Their software is still actively being maintained and updated.
