Interpretation Usability Issue

I set Interpretation to Auto-Chord. Then, I "Cleared" that parameter. Upon pressing play again, it was still using Auto-Chord. After much frustration, I selected the "Bypass" preset, and it started working as I expected.

Is there any reason why clearing Interpretation behaves this way? Can you see the confusion? When I clear the parameter, I expect it to do just that--clear the parameter.

Sounds like you had another Auto-Chords setting inherited from another container that became effective after clearing the parameter.

Good point. I thought I had that container "snapshoted", so that if I cleared the parameter, it would have overwritten the parent. I'll check later, and I'll let you know.
