I'm doing some experiments with the Harmonizer, but I need a clarification before I continue. Why clicking twice on Harmonize, Synfire will generate two different harmonizations?
Thank you,
Roberto

Note that, before harmonizing, I set the drop-down Transition menu on Search. After the harmonization it automatically switched on Keep but actually did not keep the previous harmonization.

Just tested this and could not reproduce it yet.
The harmonizer should search for harmony transitions (aka chord changes) on its first try and keep them on subsequent runs, unless you put it back to search mode. Of course, the transition points are crucial to the final result.
(somehow your GIF disappeared?)

hmm, I can see my gif... every single Mac has its own faults ;-)
I am testing in these days the possibility of leaving to Synfire the choice of the intermediate harmonies between two fixed chords.
BTW and for what I'm seeing, the enormous flexibility of the palette, the ability to open multiple palettes at once and the interchangeability of the horizontal and vertical scales are powerful workhorses.
As far as I know there are no equiparable softwares out there (but I could be wrong).
