Reason 9.5 - Synfire and Reason

We just learned that VST support for Propellerhead Reason is around the corner. That's great news. With a little luck, this may open a path to using Reason with Synfire and the Drones.

We still have to figure out how to emulate the transport sync, though, as Reason doesn't run as a ReWire master. We will start experimenting soon.

Already experimented? Any success?

 

(On a sidenote: Adding Synfire Rewire master Capability would need a license for Rewire from Propellerhead, right?)

Last time we tried Reason still crashed on loading plugins. As for transport control, we received a couple tips that we will try. It makes sense to wait a little until that new feature of Reason will have settled a bit.
