Ability to copy & paste rack modules between projects (via preset menu)


i can't figure out this one, because ( via preset menu ) says nothing to me ..

Preset menu on the rack module. The button with the file icon on it. Use Copy & Paste.

Hmm, 1.7.9 renders my current project differently than 1.7.8. I also could say it ruins it. Some instruments play completely different notes and I have no idea why. I'm reverted to 1.7.8 and it plays normal again. Has anything else changed regarding the rendering engine apart from the fix of the CC parameter bug?

BTW: It would be nice if we could have several versions of Synfire installed on a machine simultaneously.

Not that I know of. Haven't noticed any differences yet. Could be an unwanted side effect.

If you could say more as to what the different is, I might be able to track it down.

I will post that project (Audio & Project file & Sound Setup file) here in a few days anyway. Then you can deal with it.
